Return & Refund Policy

At Omegara Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return

Email us at omegarajewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 14-day window. Follow the same return process and specify the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at omegarajewels@gmail.com with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
