Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at omegarajewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Address
